NLT Automation GmbH is one of the leading companies in the development and production of automation systems, special machines and components for longitudinal systems. The company was founded as NLT Norder Lagertechnik GmbH & Co. Maschinenbau KG within the Glave Group, a family business in Norden / Ostfriesland.
The name change took place in June 2017.
The main technologies developed by the company are fully automatic handling systems for the metalworking industry, especially for the cutting tools. The company develops fully automatic systems, so-called "robots", for these tool groups. Above all, the self-developed fully automatic knife-building robot for slitting plants with a total of 4 patents has made NLT Automation GmbH the market leader in this field. There are already more than 50 robots in operation in Europe, 7 of them at our sister company Norder Band AG. In addition to the robot system as its main product, NLT Automation GmbH develops and sells automatic strip separation systems, packaging lines for slitting lines, rewinding and multiple winders. In addition, it provides many services in the fields of automation systems, special machines and components for slitting plants.
All products are the direct result of the requirements of Norder Band AG, which belongs to the Glave Group. NLT Automation offers you the highest quality and is currently certified according to DIN ISO EN 9001: 2015, DIN EN ISO 50001: 2011 and ISO 3834. Problem solutions are developed based on more than 30 years of practical experience. Highly qualified employees develop and design the appropriate solutions in close cooperation with the customers.
