NC Service began in 1999 as a services company from Nicolás Correa Group.

Technological refurbishment: used milling machine restored to optimal condition

NC Service carries out rebuilding of milling machines, restoring its features to their initial optimal performance state. Because of its professional experience in connection with the manufacturer in both the production process and in the installation and official technical service, it has highly qualified and specialized personnel as well as the know-how necessary to carry out reliable projects of reconversion and rebuilding of milling machines, boring machines, etc.

These projects are based on a preliminary analysis of the general condition of the machine, considering its brand, model, structure, productive life, etc. and are carried out in accordance with the technical recommendations of the manufacturer, using original replacement parts.

In the cases in which, in addition to the mechanical rebuilding of the machine, a more profound electric type retrofitting is needed, it will be necessary to substitute the obsolete electrical cabinet with another which is completely renovated, where all the new elements are installed, such as new-generation numerical control, regulators, contactors, etc.
