Based on 60 years of experience in metalworking, has our medium-sized company with 35 highly qualified employees, today, a mature and efficient production in the field of sheet metal processing.

A modern 5 KW laser cutting machine Trumpf TZC (Workspace 3000x1500 mm) and a trump CNC punching and nibbling conditioning (Arbeitsberiech 1600x10000 mm) allow a high flexibility in the production of sheet metal blanks. From simple rectangular item to highly complex sheet developments in mass quantities so we can react flexibly to the needs of our customers.

By default, we use the following sheet thicknesses:
Steel sheets up to 20 mm
Stainless steel sheets up to 15 mm
Aluminum sheets up to 12 mm

Downstream we have four press brakes (Trumpf and Amada) with up to 220 tonnes and a maximum bending length of 3200 mm, as well as various Einpresszentren (Haeger) available. Furthermore, we have a welding workshop with modern welding equipment (Fronius) for MIG, MAG and TIG welds including approvals for DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN EN 15085-2, a CNC milling machine (Hermle), various drilling and tapping machines, and a pipe bender (Ercolina).

For surface treatments (powder coating, painting, chromating, etc.) we have external service providers with whom we work together with confidence for years.

To accompany our versatile production, we have many years of experience in the field of 3D CAD design (Solidworks). Backed by our sophisticated SAP system we can so even complex assemblies with many steps to make a plan, and punctually manufacture and supply of excellent quality.

Our customers come from the fields of solar, electric, bus and rail technology, to name just a few.
